Isn't she precious?! My friend, Janell, had her baby yesterday. We are all so excited that Addison Elaine is here. All is well with Addi, and she is just adorable. Babies are such miracles.......then they grow up to be migraines (sorry, I digress ;)
So there are thousands of scrapbookers around the country starting a new project for 2009 - Project 365, a photo a day for the entire year. I am so excited about this, and cannot wait to have a snapshot of a year in our little every day life. I will be sharing some of my finds from time to time.
Since I have failed miserably at the latest photo challenge, I have decided to "go green" and repurpose this blog. Basically, it will be a spot for all kinds of miscellaneous things for my benefit. If you get something out of it, that will just be icing on the cake :)
Blacksmith demostrating how they used to make hooks at the History Museum. My fav part of the pick is everything is authentic, and then there is the bottle of water - ooopppps!
My gas light was on all the way to school this morning. So finding a station w/ gas was a huge priority for me! Normally not a big deal, but as of late - it's a pretty tough feat.
I am a mom, who is also a scrapbooking, computer programming geek, reality tv/newstalk radio junkie. My poor child is the only 8 year old who knows what a Crop-a-Dile is, all of Dave Ramsey's baby steps, and all of the candidates in our local races and the positions that they are running for. Pretty well rounded kid, if I must say so myself ;)
